In personal contact with your debtors we do not argue, threaten or embarrass. We pride ourselves on collectiong your delinquent accounts effectively but with dignity. Recognizing that in many cases, delinquencies result from unfortunate circum- stance not entirely within the debtor's control, our expert collection specialists tactuflly but firmly assist the debtor in establishing and adhering to reasonable payment arrangements.



Jovic collection record - even with accounts that have already been "through the mill" - is outstanding, with an overall recovery rate that betters the industry average. A yardstick of our successful efforts for our clints is the fact that many new clients come to us through referrals from existing clients. We value our excellent reputation, and work hard to maintain it. And or course, our success increases your bottom line.



We work on a non-exclusionary, contingency basis, as do most collection firms. If you don't get paid, netiher do we! Our fees, generally a percentage of monies collected, are extremely competitive. Where litigation is necessary, we can recommend collection attorneys in New York and New Jersey who will accept retainer on a contingent basis with no up-front fees. In other states, we can recommend attorneys who will litigate your accounts at fees within the Commercial Law League rates. I If necessary, Jovic will refer accounts to out-of-town attorneys who may submit suit requirements for client's authorization, but Jovic's commission rate will not be altered.
